Refund Policy

Individual Therapy Sessions

All individual therapy sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Group Therapy Sessions

 

Refunds for group therapy sessions are available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kstaffordcc.com. Requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Refunds will not be issued for requests made less than 7 days before the session date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

 

Wellness Experiences and Workshops

 

All sales for wellness experiences and workshops including Sacred Sips and I SPEAK are final unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

 

How to Submit a Refund Request
