Meet Alysia
Hi, I’m Alysia!
Sometimes you know something needs to change, you’re just not sure how to get there.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and seasons where life simply feels stuck.
My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, understood, and comfortable enough to talk openly about what’s really going on.
WHO I WORK WITH
When what you've been doing isn't working anymore.
Sometimes it isn't one big thing.
AREAS WE CAN EXPLORE
It can be the same argument happening again. The anxiety that keeps showing up. Feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you care about. Something from your past that still affects how you respond today.
Or simply realizing, I don't want to keep doing this the same way.

MY APPROACH
We’ll start where you are.
"You don’t have to walk into therapy knowing exactly what’s wrong or what needs to change. We can figure that out together"

My approach is empathetic, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll look at the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and begin identifying opportunities for meaningful change.
I draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring our work to your needs and what brings you to therapy.
Faith can also be incorporated into our work for clients who would like it to be part of the therapeutic process.
